We ask that you fill out one of our forms to provide your contact information, basic information about the space you're wanting cleaned, what type of service you're requesting, and what level of cleaning needs to get done.
This gives us time to talk about anything important, main focus of cleaning, any concerns, and answer any questions you might have.
Or, if no walkthrough is necessary, we can go ahead and get your cleaning scheduled.
Conduct a quick walkthrough with the cleaners and point out any special notes. It's always good to do a quick walk through before the first cleaning is done and let the cleaner know if there is anything else you would like them to do before wrapping it up for the day.
Be sure to pick up any toys, miscellaneous clutter, or private items prior to your scheduled cleaning.
We like to go through the location one more time with the client, to ensure we didn't miss anything, and you're dazzled with our services.
We will send an invoice to your email address and we will work out the best payment options for you. We don't send payments with our employees.
We get you on a weekly, monthly or bimonthly rotation - whatever best suites your cleaning needs.
